By using my stock images you agree to the following terms:

Credit is required: Outside of deviantART, you must clearly credit me (as richardxthripp or Richard X. Thripp) and additionally post the URI of or a conspicuously-labelled link to my deviantART account at http://richardxthripp.deviantart.com/. I encourage you to do this when posting derived works as such on deviantART, but, as specified by deviantART FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?, you are only required to link to the source of the stock image and show you've satisfied my terms.
No false claims: You may not claim my images as being created by you nor by anyone else except me, nor may you claim works derived from my stock images as being created solely by you.
No redistribution: You may not distribute my stock images for use by others.
Notification is required outside of deviantART: Send me a deviantART note or e-mail at lmnop3513@gmail.com with links to where you've used my images. When posting such images on deviantART, I ask, but do not require, that you leave a comment on the page I posted the stock image on with a link to where you've used it.
Only stock submissions: You may only use images of mine that are clearly labeled as stock images. This excludes the bulk of my deviantART gallery, my deviantART avatar, deviantART deviantID, etc. Additionally, you may not use any promotional artwork created for stock images or stock image packs as they are copyright and not in the public domain.
